3. Payments

  • Rankseo may provide services on a one-time basis or monthly retainer, depending on the agreement made with the client.

  • All payments must be made in full before or as per the agreed billing schedule.

  • Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Refund Policy

All services offered by Rankseo are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be reclaimed regardless of project outcomes or early cancellation.

5. Results Guarantee

Rankseo strives to achieve the best possible results for every client and guarantees professional SEO strategies, improvements, and measurable growth. However, external factors such as search engine algorithm updates, competition, and market trends may influence outcomes.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective delivery of services, clients must:

  • Provide necessary access to their website, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other relevant tools.

  • Supply accurate and timely information, content approvals, and required credentials.

  • Cooperate with Rankseo in completing agreed deliverables.

Failure to provide required access or cooperation may affect service quality and timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All reports, audits, and SEO content created by Rankseo are the joint property of Rankseo and the client.

  • Clients are free to use the deliverables for their business.

  • Rankseo reserves the right to reuse non-confidential strategies, templates, and methodologies for future projects.

8. Termination & Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate the agreement by providing at least 7 days’ notice.

  • In case of termination, any outstanding payments remain due and are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rankseo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or deliverables. While we implement proven strategies, we cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control, including algorithm changes, server issues, or third-party actions.

10. Revisions to Terms

Rankseo may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States of America. Any disputes arising under these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
